With the increasing popularity of “rustic chic” barn, farm, beach, and remote location weddings, providing delicious, high quality food becomes a challenge.  Barns and other re-purposed buildings may have “rustic” kitchen facilities or no kitchen at all!

We offer completely self contained mobile kitchens, rustic, family style Mediterranean cuisine and crews of chefs with years of remote catering experience. Every one of our weddings is curated by a collaboration between the chef, and happy couple. We are absolutely committed to delivering your vision for your most important weekend!  Whether it be for your wedding welcome/rehearsal dinner, wedding reception, or Sunday farewell brunch we are ready to provide an unforgettable experience by melding your style, agenda and menu ideas with our eclectic cuisine.

With a background in spa cuisine, classical dining and special diet consideration, we offer gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options, along  with Mediterranean and International cuisine choices. Keto and and Paleo options are also available to make sure everyone is well fed and thrilled! Sourcing decisions are based on locality, freshness, sustainability and flavor.

We have designed our mobile kitchens trailers to allow for uninterrupted food service, even in inclement weather…no matter whom  you are considering for your wedding service providers, MAKE SURE to see pictures of their equipment and past parties so that YOU KNOW how your party’s service may be affected if the weather isn’t perfect on your most important day!!!

Correlation of fresh baking and service times with you, our servers and the chef are of paramount importance, and consultation with you and decades of professional catering experience are part of the service we provide.  Be sure to know your chef and catering company’s background before you commit to  a caterer.
